All the years I've been following Arkansas Baseball I can't remember a team so beat up with injuries.

Peyton Stovall (shoulder) likely will not play in the series.

Also, Holt, the backup, rolled his ankle in pre-game on Saturday. So who knows who will play 2B? Holt may still end up playing there, but just throwing that out there.

He pinch ran in the Lipscomb game so he must be ok

Holt pinch ran in the Lipscomb game, so he should be on the roster.

I figure DVH will make a game time decision between Coll, Holt and Jones. My money is on Holt if he’s healthy enough, and Coll if he’s still hobbled a bit.

Per DVH, Hollan’s shin splints are bothering him so they’re going to give him a few more days of rest. He may not even pitch this weekend.

Hagen will likely start game 1.
Tygart likely to start game 2 on an elevated pitch count, with McEntire coming in in relief.
Game 3 is TBA. Could be Hunter but doubtful.

I have the feeling we'll just miss the cut for a Top 8 Seed.

9-11 Seed would still give us a Regional Host and be lined up against the 6-8 seed in the Super (if we get out of the Regional). Stranger things have happened than a 6-8 seed gets knocked out in the Regionals.

Adcock in. I would have figured he would start game 3.

Yep. DVH is going to be creative with the pitching staff this series.

He only pitched an inning and threw just 13 pitches, so he should be good for relief tomorrow or early action Sunday.

He’s our best hitter in SEC games by a pretty wide margin. After today’s 3 for 4 performance he’s hitting .390 (!) in conference games.

He’s been an absolute on base machine the last several series.

Most impressive mid-season turnaround since Campbell, IMO.

He's setting us up nicely for when Wegner and Josenburger get back and Stovall gets healthy.
