Honestly, I don't think I've ever been this interested in recruiting in March. And I think it's due to the sheer volume of guys we've been bringing in to campus. I'm a big fan of taking this strategy vs Bret's.

Memphis has offered Justice Hill to play football and also told him he can play basketball on the day they fired Tubby Smith.

I've also followed recruiting although relied on chesh and razorhawg to do so for along whilr now.
this is the best I've felt about it in a long time. the social media presence is a huge upgrade compared to prior administrations.
bielema was good and I liked his style but the jumping through hoops he required was a big turn off to a lot of kids I think.
petrino was awful at recruiting. although better than Bielema about always having a backup plan and warm body to fill the position.

The twittosphere keeps me busy enough to stop posting the recruiting news here even though Ches beats me 90% of the time. He’s quick on the quote tweets on razorcoverage.

On the same site they have an article with him "gushing" over Pruitt and Tennessee in the suggested column.

Razor, what do we have coming up the AAU ranks in Arkansas.
Without some stud in state guys coming through quickly, I'm afraid Arkansas basketball is 100 percent done.

No big men. No size or strength we need.
2020 is the next group of guards and Moses Moody (who is viewed as the next elite prospect) isn’t playing AAU in state, he’s playing out of STL with Bradley Beal elite.
2019 we have no scholarships currently available but we have Fitz Hill's son committed who is under 6’.
Javon Franklin, a PF who played at Parkview, was viewed as possibly the top prospect in the state last year but didn’t have grades and went to MS JUCO. He’s a possible 2019 recruit as is the 2019 guard from West Memphis that plays at IMG.
We might be a roster full of guards.
