Texas fans seem awful excited as well. Are they just idiots or are we bout to look that way?

Probably based on the crystal balls to Texas today.

Here is my thinking...Chris has held that offer from Texas. He could have left OUs class long ago for Texas. He could have just committed to Texas and not OU.

Maybe it is just a hell of a coincidence, but Arkansas offers at the first of the week, Bert and boys visit at his house, then he re-opens his recruitment.

Call me a sunshine pumper or whatever, but in no way does that look like he is leaving OU for Texas.

Bielema hasn't visited Daniels yet. Singleton and Hargreaves went last night. Bielema is suppose to use his one time visit with Daniels next week, probably to try to get that last weekend visit. I don't get why he's visiting Tennessee this weekend.

This all makes sense to me. I didn't know about the Texas crystal ball. I agree that seems like the big change in his recruitment was us offering. after reading the shaggy texas recruiting thread I like our chances, they're completely clueless just excited daniels is no longer an OU commit.

That would be the cherry on a phenomenal DL class.

We won't get him but in the other universe that we DO get him, even Segrest can't frick up this much DL talent.

Heck, I couldn't frick up this much DL talent! I'm oldish and have been a hog fan for quite some time. "We" have never had this much talent in the trenches(Both sides).

I could...

He wasn't a bad coach, imho... However at this point the recruiting is what matters. CBB will get another coach after signing day most likely.

Regardless of who we end up, I like this class.

Of course I want more OT and a couple impact guys in the secondary and another stud RB.

I think the class fills spots where depth is still an issue, provided we land a couple more LB'rs. This is a class that continues to firm up our foundation.

If we can hang on to what we've got committed and land the expected guys and snag one of those top end guys if not two. Then this class will be remembered for a long time to come. Agim could leave here the most loved Razorback of all time if the staff lets him shine w/ some plays on offense to get some publicity.

Gotta steal an OL or two from someone and this class becomes very strong.

I'm getting a positive vibe for no reason.

I'm with you. CBB's first couple of classes have proven to be solid. We will see a couple more players in the secondary this year like Willie Sykes, Nate Dalton, and Cornelius Floyd. If these two LBs stick, we are well on our way to addressing immediate needs.

Clearly he's going to drive up to Fayetteville on Friday and then have Texas pay for him to fly down to Austin on Saturday for his OV.
