Wally, trey, and I think even Danny said this year was extremely weak instate not only with Arkansas but ASU and UCA not signing as many Arkansas kids as they normally do.

Tennessee's in state talent sucks and they hired a guy from Michigan that coached at Cincy. No complaints from them about in state talent.

We've definitely raised the bar when we are disappointed in a possible top 25 recruiting class.

they have more prestige and have recruited better traditionally, like Notre Dame. they can get by on name alone. for most other programs in state talent determines how well they recruit.

This. So far the improvement has been maybe a little slow, but it has been steady. Not a lot to bitch about there. (Yes I know we shouldn't have lost to Toledo and TT).
We also know how different a recruiting class can look when looking back at it 3 or 4 years down the road.
This class is not bad at all, certainly no worse than most recent ones. COULD even turn out to be one of the best ones in a long time. We'll just have to wait and see.

Given 30-0 and 4th and 25, I rather like the Ole Miss results I'm seeing.
