it is definitely about the running back we have been recruiting on the DL. I expect cleveland to sign with Florida tomorrow. it has nothing to do with football. the kid lives with his aunt, his real parents live in florida. he was taken from them around the 9th grade. I believe he just misses them.
if he signs with us, it will be because everyone around him in houston wants him at arkansas. they really don't want him around his real parents. that is the reason his aunt didn't make the Florida trip.

We truly do not know what most of these kids are going through in their personal lives. Sometimes, some of us need to take a step back, gain some perspective, and realize what is truly important...
Winning a NC at all cost! Ok, joking ... But some folks really do go too far. Man some of those idiots on HV are pathetic...

it isn't an indictment on us as a program or our staff. it doesn't say anything about florida either. he isn't choosing florida over arkansas. he is choosing his parents.

his story is not a typical recruiting story. it has a lot of layers. he is really a kid torn in alot of directions. I sincerely feel for him. I hope he loses to the hogs and has success anytime else.

I don't blame any recruit for going where their heart tells them and doing what is right for their situation. I blame our coaches for not convincing them that arkansas is the best decision tbough.

at least if he doesn't choose us, we'll get to beat the team he does choose on Nov. 5th or 12th next season.
