Solomon was using us to visit his sister. He was always gonna go to Stanford.

True they were also 100% in our favor when that TE last year (goolsby?) committed to Florida over us. The crystal balls to a large extent are a joke.
That said, it varies from recruit to recruit on how accurate they are. With Hill I believe they're accurate because of what we know leading up to his announcement, family impressed with us, just visited us, etc. With Solomon realistically leading up to his announcement we should of known he was going to Stanford, it was his best option. Pretty sure it was even posted here that he would've been a fool to turn down Stanford.

It really varies from recruit to recruit on whether you can trust the CB's. For the kids that love to talk about their recruitment, they're usually pretty accurate. For kids that never talk to reporters at all, like Goolsby, they are nothing but people following the leader with their picks. Until a couple of interviews recently, Hill would definitely lean more to the Goolsby dynamic.

Yeah that kind of makes me think he's going elsewhere if I'm reading in to it. Could be nothing however.
