Tampa's a pretty cool town. One of my friends who graduated got a job down in Clearwater and her apartment is a block from the beach. It's badass. It's a big city and a lot of it is pretty worthless but there are quite a few really nice areas. You'll like it.
ETA: Also hit up Cigar City Brewing. They're out of Tampa and hands down the best beer in FL

Yeah, no advantages here other than better weather, better program, better OL coach, better facilities, more money, better fan support, better conference, etc. etc. etc.
Quite literally the only 'advantage' Minnesota has is proximity.
