Good lord, Danny West is a terrible writer. Did anyone proofread that article?

At any rate, the actual reporting was very good. If Gragg is close friends with KJ Hill, and KJ Hill was relieved to get the Arkansas offer, then it sounds like our chances of getting both are great.

Speaking of, is Gragg a guy like Hunter Henry who can come in and make an immediate impact?

Add Abu Lamin most likely as well.

Otis today: Arkansas is one obstacle away from signing Abu and it's no longer the distance factor.

If the Hogs can get Abu's mom on board with him coming here instead of SC I think the Hogs land him. I don't think he will tell a reporter if they call him and that is OK. Time will tell on this. Just remember if it happens where you heard it first.

I don't know, I'd rather see us a sign a few QBs and about 10 WRs to build the depth back up.

I'm sure WR's are loving the fact we ran it 21 straight times the other night

Yeah I wouldn't plan on signing any big time WR's for the next few years.

I know we're having to play a bit more conservative right now because our depth chart consists of Javontee Herndon, Julian Horton and then three guys, Hawkins, Morgan and Hartfield, that have zero college experience. Going four and five wide is pretty much impossible at the moment.

However, even when we were at full strength in the sprig game we were still on using 3 WR sets. The couple of times they went four wide in that game, we had a TE in the slot.

With the TE's we'll be fielding and the run game, it would be nice to pick up a burner to take advantage of the edges/over the top, that we'll be able to open up. Plus we need the threat to keep the defense from collapsing every play.

Leaving Hatcher out makes me mad at you, really like him.

@TreyBiddy: RT @DannyWest1: Wow, 2015 TE @W_Gragg7 received 83 handwritten letters from Arkansas today.

He's hurt and didn't dress out last week.

Our depth chart against Samford was Herndon, Horton, Hawkins and Morgan. We couldn't afford to put three WR's on the field at the same time.
