If I had more free time and dedication I'd create a shell website and twitter, and use it to simply post stories about the most ridiculous things that could happen in college sports that were 100% made up bullshite.

Basically a sorta legit looking source for troll stories.

For instance, right now would be a perfect time to drop that Bielema got in a car wreck, and there were 2 injured passengers that were female students at the U. of Arkansas.

Or Nick Saban rushed to Birmingham hospital with chest pains.

or John Calipari reported missing in the Carribean.

or Trooper Taylor cooperating with NCAA investigators after becoming a born again christian.

Looks like we'll get an official out of this guy. Dad played with Nutt at Okie Lite...We are currently one of his leaders

check out Bijhon abusing a couple Alabama commits

LINK

Arkansas defensive line commitment Bijhon Jackson of El Dorado goes against two Alabama offensive line commitments at The Opening at Nike Headquarters.
The first rep is Jackson vs. Montel McBride, second vs. J.C. Hassenauer and the third against McBride.

I used to hang out over there a good while back, but couldn't toe the company line all the time and was R-U-N-N-O-F-T.

Best thing that ever happened to me...

just watched some drills from the Under Armour camp.

Bijohn's first step is light years faster than Frazier's. Once Frazier gets going he's really tough to handle but doesn't move much laterally.

Bijohn's strengths look to be his quickness off the line and fast first step gets him into better position on a blocker before the blocker has time to react and adjust, then his strength will make a blocker putty in his hands when they're off balance, trying to back pedal and adjust body position all while Bijohn's already nearly at full speed.

Bijohn has more upside and playmaking potential. Wouldn't surprise me to see him latch on with a NFL team for a longer career than we suspect at this time. Frazier is big, but not as violent at the point of attack he does have some agility on the run, but lateral movement is pretty nonexistent. I think Frazier will have the harder time adjusting to SEC football, but he'll be force 3 years down the road.

I still hope Frazier commits this weekend. Jackson is one to get a bit excited about though I temper all of my expectations for recruits until they've finished their sophmore year.

This guy was the best OL I saw in the UA drills.

Too bad he's only 6'0-6'1 tall. I wonder if he's on the radar with Arkansas' coaches as maybe a walk on candidate.

If you have multiple offers to good schools you don't walk on. Anywhere. Unless you're rich.

His best offer is from Cincy, the rest are the sunbelt and MAC schools.

He has interest in some pretty prestigious academic schools, so I'm thinking academic scholarship material.

But if I were in the same boat, I'd choose the free school almost everytime.

The best I got outside of the U. of A was a book scholly offer from Centenary.

You gotta think some of these fringe players are worth taking a run at in an out of the box way.

someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure someone on the football team cannot receive a scholarship except from the football program.

the rule was put in place because of Bear Bryant, who would have football players on like swimming and academic scholarships, even though they couldn't swim for shite and had poor grades.

Cincy and USF are both good schools with good football programs. I'd pick either of those for free over paying for any SEC school 100 times out of 100. Maybe I'm more frugal than most. Student loans aren't fun to pay back.

I'm pretty sure you are right. I believe it is written like this- if you are on scholarship, and play two sports you must take the scholarship from the sport that starts first. Don't quote me on that. Just a nice way of saying you must use a football scholly.

Walk ons can receive academic schollys, but the moment they play that count towards the athletic allotment.

With the Tate injury and Shorter announcing tomorrow I figure I should throw a little good mojo out there.
