What can we expect from Arky's recruiting after the hire today? Have any recruits expressed their approval/disapproval via a reporter, article, twitter, etc...?

They don't have any commitments, so I would think that would be hard to judge right now.

I know, that's why I asked if any recruits had let their opinion be known. When Gus Malzahn left for stAte, we had all kinds of quotes from players coming in. Same when we hired Loeffler, BVG, etc.

I'd be pretty surprised if Texas goes after Jamel James. They've gotten Joe Bergeron Malcolm Brown and Jonathan Gray the last 2 years and have Kyle Hicks and probably Dontre Wilson coming in at RB in 2013.

Just Christian Morgan so far that I've seen. When he was at OM recently he told Yancey that he was set to commit to Arkansas before Petrino was fired. Now he was waiting to see who the new coach would be.
He told another recruiting guy today that he's disappointed because he wont know until after the season what is going to happen with the staff/offense. He has said numerous times that he wants to commit before summer so I imagine he will go ahead and commit to his #2 school which is Baylor.

Morgan told one of our recruiting guys he was about to commit(presumably arkansas) before BP was fired. He said he would visit Columbia during the summer.

Well that's good to hear. If he isn't set on commiting in May then I bet we can still get him. Long seems like he wants to keep this offensive system so I bet the coaches will sell him on that part.
