Difference is that by all accounts, Collins has not said "yes I'm definitely coming" like DGB did. He's handled it well from what I've read.
And I'd like to think not announcing at his school is good but he can't help where Fox is doing it...I just assumed he was asked to announce with them so he has to go to Atlanta to do so.

If all goes well with Collins i'll be out celebrating tonight. if not i'll be at home drowning my sorrows. Collins needs to do the right thing and become a hog so I can stimulate the economy.

According to DD Mitchell wants to come to Arkansas but his mom is "adamantly against it".

She didn't make the trip with him on his OV. Not sure of his personal life situation (or care).
Like with Collins, I read his HS coach is his legal guardian...
