I didn't even know he was banned. Need to ask DC to vouch for him if his infraction was minor. If DC vouches for him he will be unbanned.

I didn't either until I saw a thread asking about it on the Help Board. I looked at his post history and didn't see anything that was a glaring offense unless it was deleted.

Maybe they copied the Arkansas business model. Half recruiting thread/half IM thread.

UPDATE: Davonte Neal is all that remains undecided among the ESPN 150 for 2012.
Neal will make his official announcement Feb. 21. He is set to decide between Arizona, Notre Dame and Arkansas.
Ohio State was also in the picture before the Buckeyes pulled their offer.
"Oh, yeah (it will be a motivation), no doubt, because they didn't want to wait, which is fine. That's just part of their job," Neal told Richard Obert of the Arizona Republic. "But that motivates me. Now, it's like, you know what, now I have to push myself even harder."
Obert predicted, "I think WR/DB Davonte' Neal will decide between Arkanas and Notre Dame with best chance to play in a major bowl."
Neal was scheduled to visit Arizona this past weekend, but the trip never occurred. A "family matter" was stated as the reason for cancellation.
ESPN recruiting analyst Craig Haubert stated he would be surprised if Neal choose Notre Dame. If that is the case, Arkansas would be the last team standing to obtain Neal when he finally announces his decision.
Saw this on RT.

Yeah, I think I read somewhere that he said he almost committed when he was on the hill. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly though.
