Honestly I think Brandon was just like a deer in the headlights when he played....

I can say this for a 100% fact, Brandom didn't prepare like a starter until he WAS the starter (Bama).

I'd see his car back at his place every night by 5-6pm. Bama week rolled around where he was the starter and I would come home at 10pm and he still wasn't home.

Kid has the talent, just has to put it all together.

My boy Rafe Peavey told me he has not heard for CBB as of yet, but expects to soon.

I think the deal with brandon is that our protection and play calling were awful all year. BA got shafted, I think he'll be a good QB.

Found some info on Jalen Cobb.

Here's the season stats for Coffeyville.

Interesting thing, the kid that led them in receptions is from Camden Fairview and I don't recall ever hearing his name from any of the sources.

He's 6-3 and skinny, I'll have to try and find some tape on him.

Gonna be sweet seeing him recruit like a MF'r!

What commits do you think he'll encourage to seek other opps?

I have a feeling that the Fayetteville LB might need to starting looking.

Kaleb Blanchard - check
Austin Allen - check
Deondre Skinner - check
Hunter Henry - check
Brignoni - check
Cogswell - check
Khari Harding - big ol' check
Jervinski Johnson - borderline
Myke Tavarres - check
Carroll Washington - check
Marcus Robinson - check
Tevin Beanum - check
Mitchel Bell - probable
Lamar Jordan - slow play (no clue where he'll play)
John McClure - lol
Drew Morgan - check

Wonder if Coach B can flip Hunter and the big RB from Katy back from Notre Dame?

Bell is probably the only one, because he probably won't meet SEC academic requirements.

Ellis is safe, for sure. He met with Coach B this morning as well.

Jordan is safe, he was one of the 1st he called.

I would assume McClure is safe, we're not in the position to turn down JUCO AA at OL.

What 5 metros do you think we should focus on out of state?

DFW, Houston, Memphis, KC, make the most sense to me.

We've had pretty good luck with the I-20 corridor outside of Shreveport too.

If Coach B brings Charlie Partridge we could add Dade/Broward to the list I assume.

None of the three Louisiana recruits have heard from Coach B which makes me slightly nervous.

He can only contact them once. Right now he is trying to put together his staff and work through the list as fast as he can. No need to be worried he will get to them this week.

I've seen Moses Kingsley play 4+ times in person and he's so underrated. Might be best center here - including Anya and Meeks. Love his game

Memphis (Tenn.) Whitehaven four-star forward Marcanvis Hymon is one of the highest-rated juniors in the nation and he has the Hogs high on his list.

Rivals Page

Had not heard of this kid at all until today, but he looks damn good and would be a HUGE get out of Memphis.
