all the whining about the scheduling is quite humorous. A few years ago this schedule would have been very difficult. We can't help it that TN and AU are WAY DOWN. Lsu will be lsu. Our traditional tough games are not what they used to be - we've beat them down to mediocrity, it is what it is.

Look under 'dynasty' in the dictionary, and Arkansas track and field is the definition. No ones going to touch it in any sport, ever.
Unfortunately no one cares

I get the idea Bama wasn't very thrilled about playing LSU and TAM in a row last year. Not after you found out TAM wasn't the cream puff you thought they were--nothing like Tennessee.
Wow!, the SEC league Office changed that for you this year and threw in a week off before TAM--Crimson Power!
The dynasty must live on.

Sheetbend, why don't you just pulling for BAMA, you will feel a lot better (less butthurt), have a lot less stress, and pretty much be a happier person.
No offense I'm just sayin'....

Wouldn't that be like pulling for the Yankees--best team money can buy? Even your fans on the RANT do a wicked imitation of the humble Yankee fans at their best.
With all the favoritism your Crimson Tide has gotten from the SEC bridge schedule, I would expect your fan base to be a little more humble—wishful thinking I guess.
I actually enjoyed how the LSU fans chanted SEC after defeating my Buckeyes in 2007. I thought that was very classy of them. That was the first time I had heard a chant for conference pride after winning the BCS trophy; seems like all the SEC teams do it now with the big SEC run of BCS crowns.
Even with TAM, you can tell the SEC schedulers weren't taking any chances when they placed Florida on their schedule last year. And it paid off in spades with another SEC West title and BCS Championship for Bama and the SEC.
Without Florida on TAM's schedule last year, your dynasty dominate Crimson Tide would have had to go two years in a row without winning the SEC West.
Where do you think all this dynasty talk would have gone then?

Dynasties cannot exist with mulligans, do overs, backslidden opinion poll politics, unbalanced schedules, and no playoff

Mad.
However, when I see Alabama come out of the SEC from now on, I have a better understanding of how SEC schedules work in favor of the dominate Crimson Tide.
Dominance in SEC conference politics leads to dominance on the gridiron!
When LSU or Auburn wins the SEC, I know they really earned it and then some.

Yeah, Sheetbend, it's atrocious how other SEC teams just roll over when the Tide comes in. No one gets up for the Red Elephants. 'Cept for those newcomers, the Aggies. They'll learn quickly enough how boring SEC football is and will fade into the background.
Alabama takes the crown because no one else really wants it. Thanks, Bammers, for stepping up to the plate for the conference. Without y'all we wouldn't have a team in the NCG every year. Nobody else gives a frick about football in the South. Just Bama.

Your 2012 SEC title was built on the SEC schedulers forcing TAM to play Florida, while allowing your Crimson Tide to play Tennessee and Missouri.
