Honestly, very few this year, IMO. The ones I see could be:

1. Billy Napier-IMO, a lot depends on the progression of DJ Lagway. If he struggles and the Gators don’t win at least 8 games, I think Napier is done.

2. Brent Venables-Yes, he managed to beat Bama but he’s been underwhelming in the time he’s been there. The wildcard in Norman is how well Washington State transfer John Mateer does. Their fortunes will live and die on Mateer. Make no mistake,he is very good and can flat out play. Is he enough? Anything less than 8 wins and I think they pull the plug on Venebles.

3. Reverend Hugh Freeze-he picked up some pretty good portal guys and has recruited fairly well. A good bit of his fortunes will ride on OU transfer Jackson Arnold. If Arnold turns out to be Peyton Thorne 2.0, Freeze is in deep, deep trouble and would be lucky to win 6 games. And that isn’t gonna cut it.

I don't see Freeze surviving. He does get Bama at home which is guaranteed to be a shitshow for us. But I don't see him winning more than seven games and if he closes out the season with another loss to Bama, he'll be taking a trip on the old gospel ship back to Liberty.

Don't sleep on Kelly either. That fricker will need secret service protection if he loses to Bama again.

Freeze has to beat Alabama and UGA at home this year or he will get fired. Auburn has lost five in a row to Bama. Eight in a row to UGA. Auburn cannot go into 2026 on a six game losing streak to Alabama and a nine game losing streak to Georgia with both games on the road (in places where Auburn has had very little luck over the past decade). Winning those two games is critical. He has Georgia at home, in a night game coming off a bye week. The SEC has teed it up for Auburn to beat Georgia this year. If Freeze and his staff screw that up he will be in a position where the Alabama game is even more of a must win game than it always is (which is saying a lot). The early season road trips to Texas A&M and Oklahoma will be huge for all teams. All three teams have coaches on the hot seat. Venables has his future tied to John Mateer. Mike Elko has the Auburn game circled after what happened last year. Auburn has to win at least eight games and make a decent bowl game this year.

Auburn's recruiting is in the fricking toilet.

Their last two commitments are a 370 pound OL from New Zealand who HAS NEVER PLAYED IN AN ORGANIZED FOOTBALL GAME IN HIS LIFE and a QB who flipped from Penn State because James Franklin and staff wanted him to play TE in Happy Valley.

The AU program and programs like theirs is in deep trouble. They have lost 17 of 20 to UGA and 13 of 18 to Alabama, and Alabama cut their heart out, giving them two excruciating losses in a row at home. Frankly IMO, both were worse than the K6 and the ‘19 fluke, except for the stakes in ‘13. The J-H “Alabama spell” is hopefully broken. AU is beaten there all of the time. Alabama is 5-3 in their last 8 in J-H.

Auburn’s home record is actually very mediocre over the last few years given how much the state media loves to carry their water for them. People like those guys with the Next Round (Jim Dumbaway and Ryan Brown) are constantly pumping them up and showing that dumbass “swag surf” thing that they always do. Alabama has lost six home games since 2010 and the media constantly tries to poor mouth our home field advantage. It’s literally a joke. The barn’s road game record against Alabama, Georgia and LSU has been absolutely horrendous over the last 15 years. They haven’t beaten UGA in Athens since 2005. They’ve only won once in Baton Rouge since 1999. Bama has held serve at Bryant Denny aside from the fluke in 2010. They’re a totally different team away from JHS. It will be interesting to see how they handle the road trips on back to back weeks against A&M and OU.
