Where do we go at RT?

James was in a boot postgame. My guess is we’re not going to have him for a few weeks at a minimum. Does Carroll go back to tackle?

Unless they think highly of the JuCo guy, sliding Carroll back outside would allow the best 5 on field.

Right, Carroll going back to RT only works if Waldrep and Sanders can play guard. Otherwise, JUCO kid - that I read as a signing for the exact kind of situations like last night - is playing.
Like, Miller seems like one of those guys we have on the ready in the event a tackle goes down mid-game. He's more experienced, so more likely to adequately hold down the fort while a player is in the tent or out for the rest of the game.
My guess is if Sanders is unavailable too then Brooks ends up at RT and Miller is the emergency option if Lloyd or Brooks go out of a play or game.

Nick Brooks was listed as the backup RT on the depth chart, but the JUCO guy got the call when James went down.

Miller will be at RT. Nobody moves. Walrep at LG and Miller at RT. That's assuming Sanders/James is no go.

Miller looked really solid last night, you could tell he's new and jumpy but he was knocking people on their asses.

I felt Miller did great, especially since he came in cold off the bench. Little to no drop off with Miller.

Things didn't go in the shitter when he was on the field, so that is encouraging. Felt like he was a backup plan take but so was #17 in the backfield and look how that went!
