Battle, Branch, Hellams all ran near 4.6……no wonder we couldn’t cover anyone. Saban needs to get speed

If safeties aren't exceptionally fast, then it makes perfect sense to match them up 1 on 1 with a team's fastest receiver all game, huh?

Our new age S&C program was hot garbage. Give Cochran a garbage can full of pills and let's get the band back together.

I don’t know about anyone else but I wouldn’t want my young adult son getting trained by a guy with substance abuse problems.

Part of it is scheme we can’t always have the perfect matchup, some of that is good coaching.

The guys with speed probably were not playing for other reasons. Technique Smarts and experience etc.

Terrion Arnold is the fastest in the secondary though. He probably runs mid 4.3s

Like I don't know why you think that's hard to believe.

He's clearly the fastest on the field in the secondary.

Who would you say is the fastest?

4.5-4.6 is pretty solid for a safety.

Coming out of HS Terrion was listed at 4.42 ~ 4.45

NFL Draft Buz lists Kool-Aid at 4.55

NFL Draft Buz lists Malachi Moore at 4.5
