UW and unnamed coaches and trainers being sued by a former UW player who says he was pressured to come back early from an ACL injury resulting in him tearing it again.

Any idea which if any coaches involved with this moved to UA, and what kind of fallout could we be looking at?

Former Washington running back Emeka Megwa has filed a civil lawsuit against the school and nine former members of its coaching, sports medicine, training and physical therapy staff, claiming that the school's mismanagement of his recovery from an ACL surgery resulted in a second ACL tear in the same leg.

I’d be really surprised if this comes back on CKD. He relies on the opinion of the medical staff for these things, so if there’s any issues, it is with the medical staff.

My guess is this guy is mad he’s not getting any NIL money, so he’s found some ambulance chasing lawyer and is looking for a cash payout.

The sad thing is, as the players are probably eventually going to become “employees” of the schools, I can envision players routinely suing schools for multi millions, and often getting huge cash settlements.

Seems like most, if not all, of the Washington staff in question didn't come with DeBoer to Alabama.
