The sleazeball label goes back further than just that incident. He also asked the kid and his dad to lie to the NCAA about the BBQ, so it wasn't just his lie.

He said we Have great athletes but we have a LOT of skill development to do.

Also loved how he said we have a bunch of athletes but we need to develop their skills. And as a former high school coach, he knows how to develop their skills.
