What you said about Richardson is why I thought the story about LSU stopping recruiting Kuminga sounded fishy, I don't think anyone would outpay them based on what came out in that investigation about Will Wade paying more than anyone else, the Naz Reid 300k offer ect. It's a lot more likely that he cut them from his list.

Just my opinion but I feel it more likely that Kuminga just got too expensive and LSU bowed out. If it came down to Kuminga costing $300k (similar to Reid) vs $25k for the kid they got, Wade just decided he could get more bang for the buck elsewhere. I would imagine even if he is still buying players, he’s at least been told to dial it down because he’s attracted too much attention and it’s simply a matter of time before they pay the price. To continue to thumb your nose at the NCAA is just begging for the death penalty and a show cause for 10 years.

Ben is struggling . They are going to have to get rid of him pretty soon. He’s destroying that place

It was pointed out the other day that keeping them on the roster guarantees we will have at least 4 available scholarships for 2021, which will be the first class this staff has been able to really lay the recruiting groundwork for. It's basically like an NBA team acquiring a few expiring contracts going into an off-season with a bunch of max contract guys hitting free agency.

Nah, keep him about 3-4 more years. That should give him time to finish burning it to the ground.

As long as you’re watching them warm the pine, I’m ok with that.
