Good find - love info like that.
ETA: and a lot of those names are a blast from the past that I haven't thought about in a long time.

Beetle just is a horrible decision maker with the ball

I'm glad Beetle fouled out but of course he fouls him shooting a three

I do think Rojas and an in shape Hawkins next year will be a big improvement in toughness and rebounding over what we have now but I do really hope one of our big men transfer and we bring in a juco or grad transfer guy. Really clear vs Teams like Tenn and TAMU who play tough down low that what we have now just isn’t cutting it.
Ambrose will help a lot too, he is probably gonna play a lot at the 3/4 positions and he had a few games in HS where he got over 15 rebounds in games vs good competition.

The progress that Charles Bediako has made and continues to make is beyond impressive. While he still has much more room for growth, Bediako is the epitome of a rim runner and hard roller off the ball screen. He is a premier rim protector that has great hands around the basket and a tremendous frame to fill out into.
Making the leap into the top-25 of the Rivals150 last month, Bediako has remained set on enrolling in his original 2021 class while an early college list includes Alabama, Baylor, Duke, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Memphis and Ohio State.

Four-star Josh Primo is now no longer a member of the 2021 class thanks to his reclassification earlier this week. A college decision is not too far away, either. He has already visited Alabama and Creighton, while Arizona State, Ohio State and Oregon are three others in the mix. The Tide may have the slight lead with the talented combo guard that can think the game but also really shoot it from 3.

Deebo Coleman has been a consistent visitor to Florida within the past year, and just two weeks ago, was on campus at Florida State. However, he will begin his official visit trek this weekend whenever he heads to Wake Forest. Official visit dates to Alabama, Iowa State and Oklahoma State are in the works, too. He will visit Georgia Tech next weekend.

I think the ship has probably sailed on Bediako. Better programs and dirty programs are now making him a priority.

Yeah, I’d be really surprised if we landed him even if we have Ambrose and Primo on the roster.

Too bad we couldn’t get Isaiah Jackson on board.

He and Ambrose remind me of each other physically, both about the same size.
Jackson is more athletic and more polished of course, would've liked to get him too, he would've been a perfect fit.

5-star forward Jabari Smith (@jabarismithjr), the No. 5 ranked prospect in the 2021 class, visited #UGA last night for the game against Auburn.
I hope we go hard after this kid. Might be my favorite recruit at this point for 2021.

I'm surprised that the schools like Kentucky and Duke haven't offered him yet. I'm sure they will at some point. Among his current offers we look like one of his best ones.
I like that Pettway is recruiting him, imo that means we have made him a priority and Pettway is one of the best at recruiting the Alabama/Georgia/Mississippi area.

On Jordan Harpers podcast he said he talked to Josh Primo's HS coach and Johnson said something like "So I hear Josh is an elite shooter" and Primo's coach said "Elite shooter is an understatement."

This is from a few days ago but I don't think it's been posted
quote:
Josh Primo | 6-5 PG/SG | Canada | Royal Crown Academic School (Ontario)
One of the youngest players in attendance -- he won't be 18 until the final week of December -- Primo stole the show in Chicago.
With a 6-foot-5 frame and long arms, Primo looked comfortable operating on and off the ball at the camp. Primo is extremely smooth and fluid while changing speeds, splitting ball screens and finishing with touch and creativity around the rim using either hand. He did a great job of getting teammates involved out of pick-and-roll, showing the ability to deliver accurate passes after drives or off a live dribble. He's a good shooter with his feet set, but particularly off the dribble.
Primo needs to improve on the defensive end, as his intensity wavers and he has some trouble getting over screens. His lack of experience was reflected in some risky shot selection and decision-making.
Having sat out part of this season with a fractured finger, then leaving his high school in Arizona to return to Canada, Primo is a bit of a mystery -- many rankings have him far lower than his talent level indicates.
Currently a high school junior, Primo has decided to graduate early, reclassify and enroll in college this summer, making him draft-eligible in 2021.
He'll be a first-rounder in our next 2021 mock draft. -- Jonathan Givony
