Can not wait until season starts! Hopefully Pettway can finally learn under someone that can win. Glad they retained him.

Honestly, if we get Watford we should make the Tourney with ease. That’s IF the players develop some.

I love Pettway. I saw him at the Hooters in Huntsville back when Anthony Grant was here and we were recruiting Trevor Lacey & Levi Randolph. He was there with another assistant, Dan Hipsher, and I went over and just started up a conversation with them. He's genuinely a great guy. I was still chitchating with him about Bama basketball while he was sitting there eating wings & fried pickles. 
But serious question though, is Pettway one of the longest tenured assistant coaches in the county?
