Somewhere on a Rhode Island message board, a Rams fan posts:

I see where Alabama is 1-1 having beat FAU but lost to Penn. I may be wrong but I don’t think they’re as good as they have been. Good opportunity for a quality home win.

BPI gives us a 21.2% chance of beating URI.

Is the game on ESPN or E2 or EU or E3? Maybe SEC Network? Hope it’s not ESPN+.

It's apparently only on NBCS, which I don't have. I'm thinking about doing a free trial of YouTube TV to see it. I might cancel my Sling and keep YouTube, if I like it.

Unlimited DVR, all the main channels, much less delay, zero buffering and super quick loading times. Even if you only use it for the Alabama basketball games, I’d say it’s worth it.

It definitely looks like the better deal. But, I'm cheap and only paying $35 for Sling, which has all the games I watch, except in these weird cases. I might switch though.

Yeah, me too. I justify the switch because I know I’m about to get rid of Netflix

I’m not super confident about this game. If Herb,Reese, and Beetle were 100% I would fill pretty good about it. But then being hurt also affects what we can do in practice so not confident.

I would love to be wrong though

Watching Oats talk in his PC after the FAU win about JQ's appeal being denied and injuries equating to a lack of depth, I didn't like his body language which seemed to indicate we've had a few unlucky bounces right as the season got started that may derail the season he thought they could have. Hopefully they can fight through, some guys can get healthy enough to play good minutes, but what looked like a tournament possible team at the beginning of the season is looking more like a bubble or clearly out of the tournament team. Sucks but it is what it is.

Could be right, but its still too early. Im sure he is concerned about turnovers, though. If we cant get that under control, we are going to have trouble. And Petty and Herb Jones have got to help us.

I think from The potential I’ve seen so far we would have been pretty good fully healthy this year.

I feel a little more optimistic about our season if Javian can establish himself as a true threat inside.

Doesn’t appear that Hallmark or Lifetime are offered on YT

We’ve been satisfied with Hulu Live. It’s not perfect but I get all the sports channels (and the channels your wife wants) and they just redid their interface to make it more user friendly. It looks like DirectTV’s now.

I started a free trial of YouTube TV yesterday. The only thing I don't like so far is I had to also install the ESPN app on my Roku to get the ESPN3 and SEC+ stuff. With sling those are integrated.

YT has more bells and whistles like free DVR and NBCSN. But I'm comparing it to the $35 version of Sling. I think those are both available with sling if I paid more.

YT also has local channels which is nice because I only ran my antenna to one tv.

I did the same to be able to watch the opening game. I also have FUBOtv which I basically only use for NFL redzone. It has a lot of obscure channels that show soccer all the time, which i'm into, but I think once the NFL season is over i'm dropping Fubo and sticking with YTTV
