I don't follow baseball enough to know what you're talking about. I mean baseball is a lot about statistics, righty / lefty, bunt the guy over, etc. Outfield shifts

Yea - Kapler would overmanage in game using analytics. And like you said, baseball is a bit different.

I just wish my guy would use timeouts more effectively when we go full meltdown. He’s very time-out averse for whatever reason.

I think we might have a winner to replace my Avery avatar.

He talked about it after Auburn that he really wants them to figure it out themselves and that it's part of growing.........but yea sometimes we just need to win LOL

Can I just praise the team for this win again? Man I haven’t been this giddy over basketball since we beat Kentucky for the SEC tourney championship. I’ll let y’all do the figuring on that.

Boys, we have ourselves a program defining coach again!

Auburn doesn't look very good without Okoro. He is by far their best player, most project him to be a top 5 pick in the NBA draft this year. They'll struggle til they get him back, especially on the road.

I mean, Auburn has been clutch late and made plays, but when you play like that you are playing with some sliiiiiim margins.

Something like losing Okoro can completely change their results. Take Okoro off this team for the entire SEC slate and what are they right now? Probably more like 6-5. Not because they go from great to awful, but because with him they are winning games in the last possession almost every night. It doesn't take much to move that from a winning formula to a losing one.

Losing Okoro effects AU similar to us without Herb.
Herb, 29 min, 17 rebounds.

Great fricking win fellas. I'm going to enjoy that one for a while. Crowd was intense, players fought till the final second, and I lost my voice.
