afraid to say but we lose by 25 or more tonight

Auburn is going to come off the high of winning Kentucky, at Arkansas (OT), and LSU. Maybe its not tonight since yall have their attention with the win last time but I would be surprised by something close to that margin.

Kenpom expects Auburn by 6, I think it hangs around there most of the game and maybe Auburn gets it to double digits by the end.

I just hope there isn't a lot of bashing of our players on twitter by FOGs if we do lose big tonight. Auburn is a really good team and are near impossible to beat at their place, they are 28 and 2 in their last 30 home games, 13 and 0 this year. Even if we do lose by 20 we are still on the right track.

Road games vs Top 35 teams
@ #11 Penn State : L by 2
@ #27 Kentucky : L by 9
@ #34 LSU : L by 14

Auburn's biggest wins vs P5 teams are
vs Georgia by 22
vs South Carolina by 13
@ Mississippi State by 12

They beat Vandy by 4, Iowa State by 4, NC State by 6, Furman by 3, etc at home. They don't really blow people out and we don't really get blown out.

I don't think we'll win but I think it'll be like our game in Baton Rouge : fluctuate between 10-20 most of 2nd half.

Anyone with a brain has already mentally accepted a 15-20 point loss in this one. The only way I get upset is if we just quit like we did in some previous trips there, but I'd be shocked in this group under this coach did that.

More than likely we'll lead by 12 with 7 minutes left in the 1st half, go into halftime up 5, go into the under 10 down 5 and lose by 11

The realistic best case scenario for us over the next 4 days is

- lose by less than 10 tonight
- beat LSU

I still don't think that is likely (either one, to be frank), but it is possible and is our best shot at surviving this week and boosting ourselves a little with winnable games down the stretch.

I’d almost rather us go in HT down by 2 than up by 6 really judging by how we have done lately early in the second half when leading.

Maybe being down at the half the team would come out playing better.

First half leads in SEC play so far this year are pretty meaningless anyway.

Yea , we literally cannot hold a decent lead . Not sure why. Think it is a mental thing now with the team

The whole sec seems to be like that this year.
LSU was winning by 15 vs Auburn the other night and lost. Georgia beating UF by 22 last week and lost. It’s crazy. Been a lot of huge second half comebacks.

With the way teams hit the three now, especially Auburn, no lead is safe.

We should put Herb in the game and let him commit a few fouls with his cast hand imo.

Bring him in after halftime, like Willis Reed with a club.

So realistically, what's everybody's score prediction?

I say we lose by 13. 86-73
