What do you mean "hopefully"? The refs always frick LSU hard. If you don't think so, just ask LSU fans.

LSU is gonna have a hard time guarding our 4 guard lineup with three forwards on the floor. If we can keep the tempo up it will greatly favor us.

If they get us into a half court game it greatly favors them.

I guarantee their game plan is gonna be the same as all the teams we’ve been playing recently, trying to limit our three point attempts.

We can’t afford for Fleming and Davis to get into foul trouble tonight or it’s gonna be end of the Florida game all over but much worse.

I kind of feel like LSU is a bit of a paper tiger. Their SEC schedule so far has been pretty easy, with all of their tough games being at home. They are a tournament team no doubt but I don’t think they are any better than we are. I do give them the edge with the game being at their place however. I think we will take care of them likewise in Coleman.

Agreed. If we play well tonight, we will have a shot to win, assuming LSU doesn't turn into the '97 Chicago Bulls for a game. I think a lot of our fans only notice Bama's flaws and other teams' highlight reels. LSU probably has the edge at home, but they're not scary good or anything.

If turnovers and allowing offensive rebounds is mitigated, I think we win this game. With 2-pointers being their main source of offense, they pretty heavily rely on getting extra possessions. If we were to get off roughly as many shots as them, then all we need is for the 3 pointers to fall.

Of course, holding our own in the rebound battle and not turning it over on the road is a big if

Alabama wouldn’t be a bad bet. LSU hasn’t beaten anyone at home by more than 2 points since December.

Would be nice if Iowa State could knock off number 1 Baylor tonight at home. Baylor is favored by 4.

I watched the replay of the Miss St LSU game from a few weeks ago @ LSU. Miss St went 3 of 17 from three, turned it over 18 times and lost by one point.
If Miss St was just average at shooting threes I think they would’ve won pretty easily.

LSU actually shot worse than Miss St in that one, they went 2 of 21 from three.

I'm not getting my hopes up, I think LSU will win a very close one. I will be ecstatic if we win though, they are very beatable.

Miss St was ahead by 9 with 5 minutes left then the refs really started bailing LSU out. They were allowing LSU to play aggressive on defense and foul without calling it, resulting in a bunch of steals and were calling Miss St for a foul every time they breathed on an LSU player.

LSU has a very aggressive West Virginia esque full court press defense that they use a lot toward the end of games, and foul a ton in yet they don't get the fouls called on them at home while doing it. One major key for the game will us be not turning it over a ton when they go to this defense.

I have the sick feeling Trendon is going to go off on us tonight for a double double, something like 24 points, 11 boards, 3 blocks and 2 steals. He's going to shite all over us just for spite, and we lose by 3.
