We get beat off the dribble, can't switch properly and don't play any help defense. Other than that, pretty good?
I'm not sure why you don't just zone at this point. Every shot they take is a good look layup or open 3.

If you watch alot of the Buffalo games, they gave up the lane way to easy all year. The focus was to outscore the opponent. Gotta be able to shoot though.

Penn adjusted and is playing 4 out in the second half, and is getting an open layup or open three every possession. They are quite literally beating us at our own game.
