That was absolutely awful by Oats. I mean just absolute shite out of a timeout. Pitiful all the way around.

To have two possessions and not get a shot off either time? That’s high level incompetence.

Sickening. A game that was winnable.

If by "it" you mean bench depth because Rojas and Gary got hurt preseason and Quinerly was screwed by the NCAA then you're right.

Has been said too many times in every season the last few years

This team still doesn't know how to win.
Lead at the half. Can get out of their own way 2nd half. Ball in the wrong players hands way to much.

Still irks me knowing he got denied while Justin Fields and Tate Martell got a waiver for no real reason.

Much like we all knew that Bulovas would miss that kick against Auburn, did anyone actually think we’d get a shot off to end the game? I certainly didn’t.

Literally none of this has anything to do with "you know what would be a good idea? A lob to Alex Reese!" being our strategy with 20 seconds left in the game. I know most of yall are super defensive when it comes to any perceived criticism of our latest savior, but that was just goddamn stupid.

This team is hot garbage.
Herb is in year three and is completely incapable of making a wide open layup; Kira is overrated; Reese can't jump more than 6 inches off the floor; Galin is always the worst player on the court; and everyone else is streaky.
What a fricking team.

I like Oats and he’s got them playing hard but those last two or three possessions reminded me way too much of the Avery era.

What the frick was that? A lob to a guy with a 6 inch vertical? Are you fricking kidding me?
Depressing loss, but this almost made me spit out my drink lol.

Nope. Granted, I didn't think we'd see a completely hopeless attempt. I was betting that they would turn it over trying to in bound it.

Kira went 3 for 18, Herb had the second most shots on the team and went 3-12. Pretty crazy that we were even in the game.
Bolden shouldve gotten more run in the last 10 minutes, he was way more effective today than Kira or Jones.

Herb Jones was 3-12 and only had one 3-point FG attempt. He is completely useless.

I was expecting a desperate step back 3 with 6 seconds left in the game that resulted in an air ball or maybe a block. Even when expectations are essentially zero Alabama basketball finds a way to lower the bar.

It was kind of baffling that they seemed to be wanting to run the offense though Herb as much as they were in the second half.
