Kyree Jackson is a talented player but I won't go so far as to compare him to Eddie Jackson. Eddie was one of the best all around defensive play makers in Alabama history. He was a pick six waiting to happen and an excellent punt returner. His injury single handily cost us the 2016 national championship.

This!! I’m a huge believer in Khyree Jackson but Eddie was a true difference maker. If not for him tearing his ACL, he could have been a big time corner as well. True definition of a ballhawk

He was unbelievable in 2015 and 2016. When he got hurt against aTm in 2016 that had a massive ripple effect on our defense. He is a great player.

Khyree will come off the edge in run support. Couple times against Cincinnati he closed a lot of ground in a force role. He will hit

My dad had a ruptured disc when I was a kid and he could barely move. Disc problems are horrible. If that's what he's dealing with I have nothing but sympathy.

Khyree can play both positions but for some reason I just think he would be better at Free Saftey. He would able to roam the field and by the way Jackson has great instincts.
Those two plays in the championship game don't define him and I will say this though that was most definitely great coverage on that touchdown catch (which that was a great catch)

Eddie Jackson would of never been a big time corner and the reason I say this is because Eddie was STIFF at corner now the injury was a blessing in disguise. He's one of the best BALL HAWKS I've ever seen.
