Believe it or not, Norris is shooting a considerably higher percentage than Coleman at this point.

Coleman's problem is taking too many imo.

Coleman had the one great game against Oregon, but he nor Riley can consistently do anything of substance. Their roles will be decreased significantly next season.

Agreed. Coleman was going for an easy bucket in transition last night and fell down.

You could play the Benny Hill Theme song when Norris is attacking the basket.

If King, Key, Davis, and Ferguson are all who we think they are, I would imagine Norris could be a transfer candidate. There's only so many minutes that can go around and each of them has the height plus a better skillset to use instead of Norris. He occasionally has a good game, but looks overwhelmed the majority of the time he's out there.

We are limited in quality starters.

Retin is ok when he's against folks that he's more athletic than.
Coleman just gets abused because of his size.
Edwards can't create his own shot, but he's ok as a stand still catch and shoot guy.
Kessens isn't strong enough to absorb all the contact he gets
Taylor couldn't score 20 if he was on the court alone for 40 minutes
Hall is raw....but can play D
Norris is just slow of foot. He wants to help, just doesn't have the natural ability.
Getting Dazon a years of experience against SEC teams would have been nice so he could mentor the other new guys next year.
Oh well. You can see that Avery and the staff understand the game, and know what should be done. They just don't have the tools to get it done....yet.

Can anyone tell me why this former Assistant coach in the NBA and emmy award winning studio analyst, Dave Miller, is such a Bama fan?

I dont think he ever coached under Avery. Maybe just friends?

I really feel like this one will be a blowout. UK can really dominate the paint and is good at rebounding. They'll just drive to the basket, get a foul, then open it up from the perimeter. Unless Obasahan can do some crazy shite, I'm no overly confident.

Doesn't UK have a losing record in Coleman? Maybe that's why we haven't built a new arena

Another bad half. Last 2 halves we've been outscored by 26.

It really shows up against a team like UK, which has talent AND coaching.

Avery's able to mask some of the deficiencies against most teams but not one with UK's talent and Cal's coaching.
