yes he did but his last two shots were weak. He tried to do too much himself

Just kinda gave that one away. Like Bama does.

Really sucks to keep blowing halftime leads. We should have won this game and just couldn't do crap down the stretch. When the ball continually sticks in Retin's hands, it's impossible to score unless he hits a ridiculous shot. We just didn't have good possessions late in the game.

I can't help but think our win loss record would be different with Ingram still playing. It sucks to lose, but I'm hopeful for the future. Things will get better soon.

We all knew this was going to be a rough season. It just took a little longer to get here than we expected.

I don't think there's any doubt about that. He added a different dimension both on offense and defense. He was our best rebounder too.

I'm still hopeful. The season isn't totally lost. We can bounce back and get some decent wins during the rest of our SEC slate. Would be nice to go on a run at the SEC tournament instead of getting bounced in the first round.

I just hope they don't quit on the season. Close losses suck, but I'd hate for us to just go through the motions and get the hell beat out of us for the rest of the season.

I agree about missing Ingram. It seems we are a player short, and are giving out by the end of the game.

I missed the game because I was watching my niece play a high school game.

I have it on DVR. Is it worth watching or should I just delete it and save a few blood pressure spikes?

Right now, I am leaning towards deleting it. My niece's team won a close one and I don't want to end the day on a low note. My niece had 7 points but more importantly she was 3 of 4 from the line, making both front ends of 1 and 1s which is about her normal game. If I watch Bama do their usual after just watching a girl who turned 17 yesterday make the very same shot on a regular basis with ease, I might just have a stroke.

I was at the game. This loss hurt me so bad lol. But seriously, they fought hard but just couldn't pull out the win. I expect to make the NIT, if Avery can somehow get this team to the NCAA, he's a miracle worker. If u haven't seen the game from today, get ready for the last possession to break ur heart. When we turned the ball over and the clock hit zero, I just stood there and stared at the court in shock. I'm just looking forward to next year. RTR! #BuckleUp

does anyone see any of AG's recruits part ways with the team after this year? Move on as they see their PT going down next year

She would come in handy for Coach Avery.

Just guessing, I'd say her whole team shot around 70% and that was the difference in a 2 point game. I actually had the thought that if these girls could shoot Jimmie Taylor's free throws for him Bama would make the dance.

I'm ready for the recruits to get in campus. Why, just why, did it have to end on a careless fricking turnover?

I'm watching the Alabama-MSU game from 2004. Our roster was so awesome. I can't wait until Avery gets it built back up.

Antoine Pettway
Earnest Shelton
Kennedy Winston
Chuck Davis
Jamereo Davidson
Emmett Thomas
Reggie Rambo
Evan Brock

This team was a lot of fun to watch, especially the backcourt with Pettway/Shelton/Winston. And Chuck Davis is one of the more underrated players we've had in my lifetime.

If they keep the intensity up, this one should be a win.

If we play with the energy we had in the last game the rest of this season, we can be on the bubble come tourney time
