Not sure if they're helicopter parents. But Gilbert is fricking crazy. And only occasionally in an entertaining way.

It's hard to start a private restaurant and be successful these days (with the insane taxes, rent, and overhead in general). I hope it's very successful! I love patronizing small businesses.
