Our team last year was just as good as these 2. If we don’t choke at the FT line we are playing Gonzaga for a chance to play in the National Title Game

Bama is never going to pull talent like that on a consistent basis. That's why I wanted a coach who could scout and develop diamonds in rocks ala Bo Ryan and John Belein. Or recruit internationally like Tommy Loyd.

Yeah last year’s team could’ve played on that level we saw last night. And hopefully we do have a Final Four somewhere in our near future, but we really missed an opportunity last year. Veteran team, bracket set up perfect, and we just didn’t make free throws.

Rylan Griffin came in last in that dunk contest. Had the only perfect score in round 1. He did that Dunk JD did in our dunk Contest before the season.

Had a nice idea for his 2nd dunk but kept missing so just did a regular dunk to avoid getting a zero
