I know he was a freshman but he shot 28% from 3pt. Might have to pass.

Mark Jennings is a satire account, but he's also the best in the business.

I remember us recruiting him for a while and then it just stopped all of a sudden. How did a top 100 recruit end up at Samford?

Dippin Dots, Birmingham Iron, breaking down film...the guy doesn't get enough credit.

He may be ok with grad school.
Now if he were just transferring I doubt Alabama could honor those iffy Princeton credits.
May have to add some summer classes at Shelton St

His sources are impeccable. Only the greats understand his greatness.

Must be Bucky's fault. It's certainly not because the recruiting services missed on their eval.

I recall there being a lot of other P5 programs recruiting him too.

According to his 247 page he had offers from us, Auburn, Florida, Clemson, Illinois, Iowa State, Kansas State, Maryland, Miami, Rutgers, and USC....but chose Samford. Sounds like a case of getting interest as a junior, not developing his game as a senior, and all those "offers" not really being legit. The recruiting services just find out from him that all these program are interested in him, assume it's because he's a big time recruit, and don't back off on it.

McDonald's All-American Jaden Bradley talks Alabama, goals for next season
Five-star Alabama point guard signee Jaden Bradley is unable to play in the McDonald's All-American Game, set to take center stage from Chicago on Tuesday night at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN, due to a small injury sustained recently. However, the IMG Academy standout, ranked the No. 1 point guard and No. 17 overall player, is on hand in the Windy City to take part in the festivities. He sat down with the media on Monday afternoon for a Q&A session.
What does it mean to you to be selected as a McDonald’s All-American?
“I mean, it’s just a blessing to be here with this great group of guys and girls. Just to be coming up here, even though I’m not playing, great opportunity to make connections and meet new people and do great things. I’m just blessed to be here.”
How has it been getting to know (fellow McDonald's All-American and UA signee) Brandon Miller and spend time with him before teaming up next year?
“We have a great connection. I’ve been to a couple of his games this year when I was injured, just trying to build that chemistry so next year on the court it’s already there and we can get it going from there.”
How do you see yourself stepping in and helping Alabama back to the tournament and potentially making a deeper run?
“I just think as soon as I get there, I’ll kind of sit down with the coaches and kind of see what my role is for the guys, see how the team’s looking. Just go in there and do the best and try to get us some wins on the board. That’s my main goal.”
With the Late Signing Period upcoming and the Transfer Portal active, are you helping the staff recruit?
“The coaching staff, Coach (Nate) Oats and Coach Bryan (Hodgson), they’ve been hitting me up, talking about some Transfer Portal guys. We’re just trying to find ways to make our roster better.”
What are you thoughts on Alabama's 2021-22 season?
“Their season, like you said, was a very up and down season. Beginning of the year they had some big wins against Gonzaga, Baylor, teams like that. I think at the tournament time, with the injury that happened during the game, Jahvon Quinerly going down, kind of hanged on the team a little bit. I think they did pretty well, though.”
What are your personal and team expectations for next season?
“Definitely I will be arriving a little early, starting some of my classwork. I’m a competitor, so I love to win, definitely doing that.”
Has anyone else at the event stood out to you?
“Everybody has been great. There’s a couple players that I saw here that I haven’t gotten to see in AAU and stuff like that. A big player that stood out to me was Cam Whitmore. Love his game. He’s very aggressive downhill, can shoot it. I think he just plays hard all the time. I like his game a lot.”
Looking back at your decision, why did Alabama ultimately win out?
“The coaching staff, we’ve been talking for a little while. They were up at Buffalo before they came to Alabama. I’m originally from Rochester, New York, so it’s not too far. The Zoom calls we had, I love their system and how they let their guards play freely and the guards have control over the game. That’s something I can see myself doing. It seemed like a perfect fit for me.”
What do you think about the direction of the Alabama program?
“They’ve been doing pretty well. Deep into the tournament two years ago. This year, not so much, but they still got some big wins … Gonzaga, Baylor, Houston … it’s going in a good direction.”
Which player do you model your game after?
“I would say I watch a lot of Chris Paul, playing with CP3, actually talking to him, I would say I look up to his game a lot. I take bits and pieces and try to add that to my game.”
