Find a way to match whatever offers he’s getting from the pro route please

Everyone's knees appear to have remained healthy and functional.

A good day!

I had dreams of seeing a 5-Star wave of Crimson (Davison/Burnett/Primo/Quinerly) TORCHING opponents this year, making us look like Kentucky or Duke for just 1 season. Would have been a special year

It looks like BYU, Cincinnati, Houston and UCF are going to end up in the B12 in 2023. I wonder if the SEC/B12 Challenge is still going to be a thing when the dust settles on realignment.

Jaden Bradley has long been expected to commit at some point in September, so i'm hoping he pulls the trigger for us sometime shortly after his OV to Gonzaga this weekend.

I suspect so, but alot may depend on tv contracts. Will the Big 12 stick with their reduced Fox contract that Texas and Oklahoma bolted over, or will ESPN who has the SEC going forward want to arrange another conference challenge? I've always wanted a challenge with a traditional, good basketball conference like the Big East, currently with 11 teams, or the Atlantic 10 with 14. I hope ESPN keeps an eye on those guys because the new 16 team SEC would turn on lots of tv's up East if not as many down here.

Four-star small forward Brice Sensabaugh is set to take an official visit to Alabama this weekend. The Crimson Tide has made a big move in his recruitment since July. The style of play under Nate Oats is a huge draw for him as is his relationship with assistant coach Antoine Pettway. The Florida native took an official visit to Georgia Tech a couple weeks ago and has one next weekend with Ohio State. He already visited Florida on an unofficial visit back in June, and he could go back before deciding.

Our backup options are now top 100 players, some top 50-60.

Oh how far we came in such little time

Seems like Brandon Miller is leaning towards skipping college and turning pro.

Things have recently gotten eerily quiet with Jarace Walker. Seems like a three team race between Alabama, Auburn and Houston and our best chance at getting him to commit is most likely getting Jaden Bradley to commit to us first.

Jaden Bradley is on an OV to Gonzaga this weekend after taking an OV to FSU last weekend. He took OV's to Alabama and Arizona in June. He's rumored to commit in September.

Nick Smith is on an OV to Arkansas this weekend and will take an OV to Oklahoma next weekend. He took OV's to Alabama, Auburn, Georgetown and Kansas in June and visited APB in August. This one feels like a three team race between Alabama, Arkansas and Auburn. Smith has a commitment date set for November 20th, but there has also been some talk that it may be rescheduled.

For shits and giggles, let's just say Brandon Miller goes pro, Jarace Walker goes to Houston, Jaden Bradley comes to Alabama and Nick Smith ends up at Arkansas (Could also have Smith coming to Alabama with Bradley heading elsewhere). Bradley (or Smith) would be a huge pickup for us, but missing out on the other three would sting a little bit just because we are so close to actually landing all four of them and having our best recruiting class of all time.

As Trojan pointed out above, our current plan b guys are more talented than what they were under previous regimes. All credit to the staff for that, because those guys spend a ton of time on the road scouting, making connections and developing relationships with these kids and their families and coaches. Oats' play style certainly helps in attracting players as well.

So if we miss on three of the four "big" names, how will you feel with a class that looks like this:

Jaden Bradley or Nick Smith
Noah Clowney
Rylan Griffen
Ty Rodgers
Brice Sensabuagh

That class would probably fall somewhere in the 5-10 range of the final composite class rankings.

I'm fine with it. I'm leery having a class full of five stars for obvious reasons. Most national title teams aren't built like that.

Yeah, I can't really disagree with that. Would be nice to get at least two of the "big" four though.
