Alabama assistant coach Bryan Hodgson is back in Buffalo after assembling @BlueCollarUTBT.
“It’s kinda surreal to be honest with you… pretty much anybody that played a bulk of the minutes for us is here.”
Safe to say, @BamacoachBryan is confident in his squad of UB alumni!

How do you guys feel our chances are with Nick Smith?
Based on some of the stuff i've seen and read, I think UK is the most likely.
Same for Shaedon Sharpe.

I think we have a great chance with Bradley and Walker, and a good chance with Miller
I agree with this.

and Rice
I think we are in a pretty good spot for him since we made his top 6 and the staff is still spending a good amount of time watching his games. I think Louisville, Virginia Tech and Alabama all probably feel pretty good about where they are at right now. If one of the blue bloods comes in with an offer though, that could really change things.

Give me Bradley, Walker and Miller and anything else is just a bonus.

JD and Tchikou are definitely 1&2.

I would expect Thchikou to be drafted ahead of JD because of his combination of athleticism and size with that much skill.

but I think Tchikou's ceiling could actually be #1 overall if everything went just right
I’m not trying to start an argument, but did I miss something with Tchikou? I’m as excited as hell about him, but why these high expectations? He was only the 65th ranked player in his class, and he’s coming off a bad injury. Some on here say he’s also immature? I’m guessing he hasn’t practiced much, and we haven’t seen/heard much about him. So, how do we have his as a #1 pick?

He was 65th because he reclassified. If he stays in 2021 he is a top 25ish 5 star recruit

1 more year of high school and he jumps 40 spots?
Posted on 7/23/21 at 5:37 pm to saban n bear
He was ranked 35th on 247 in the 2021 rankings before he reclassified. I think he might have been top 30 on the composite.

That’s literally how he was ranked in his class before he reclassified into a new class.

Would love to see Primo get that kind of exposure. Have to believe that would be good for the program. Not much else to like about LAL

And he only started playing basketball at like 16. Dude has an unbelievably high ceiling. Guys that size with his combination of basketball skills and quick twitch athleticism are extremely rare. Most of them play in the NBA.

Whoever said he might be the number 1 pick was stretching it a little, but top 15 is for sure possible.

I didn't say I think he will be the #1 pick. The whole discussion was centered around pro potential. What I said is that I feel like Tchikou's ceiling as a pro prospect, if he were to actually reach his true potential and everything went just right, could be a #1 overall pick.
Not sure why that is such a crazy hot take. A 6'11" 230+ guy that can play 3-5, handle the ball, shoot well from the perimeter and is a capable defender. Are y'all all sure that you are aware at who some of the #1 overall picks have been in the last 20 years?
