Not to speak for him, he may thingk different now but He posted that in here this morning. On their board he posted that Obanor "seems like a Tech lean".
There is a good bit of smoke that TT leads, seems like a horrible fit and it still would surprise me, but we will see.

Pretty much above, our main guy connected that I trust said we have a "puncher's chance" but still probably 2nd or 3rd. Everything I'm seeing (and that isn't much) is pointing to Tech.
Figured his next announcement would be a commitment tho so maybe things are truly still in the air.

I might have to put Arkansas as the number 1 team in the country if they get Obanor, being in the same division I don't want that.

He is connected as far as to what goes on at Bama for sure, and I wont ever doubt him again about something involving a Bama player, but you think he has sources that know which way Obanor is leaning? Maybe someone on the staff or connected to the staff told him that. He could be following the twitter smoke like we are too though.

It is honestly a little insane how good the top of the league should be, he seems to be a really good fit for Bama and Arkasnas

I hear this more as rumors, our 247 guy hasn't actually said anything about who leads. For the people pushing the Tech stuff, seems to be wanting to play in Texas and be more of a focal point than he would be at Arkansas or Bama.
Again, I wouldn't bet on any of that but its what is being thrown out.

Texas Tech fans sure seem to be the most excited about the possibility of getting him, and since their whole team basically transferred or graduated they probably need him most, but even their insider accounts seem to not know where he is going as far as I've seen.

Yep. From what I’ve read from Tech fans, seems like they expect to land Obanor and Shack.

Andrew Slater usually knows what he is talking about. The only was I could see us not recruiting him is if they thought Shack was coming back?
