Starting to think he won’t be
I'm going to give it another 24 hours or so, but yeah if there's no announcement that he's coming back by this time tomorrow I'm going to assume he will not be back.

today's espn.com nba mock, #26 Denver
Bleacher Report mock today had neither in first round.

Adding depth on the wing will likely be a priority for the Nuggets, who are slated to be without Jamal Murray for all or most of next season and will see several rotation players enter free agency. Primo, the youngest player in the draft, might be a ways from becoming a consistent contributor, but he looked ahead of schedule at the NBA combine. Tim Connelly has never been afraid to take a high-upside prospect and be patient with his development, and Primo has everything NBA teams look for at his position long term

TABC Showcase: Four-star guard Rylan Griffen shines in front of suitors
He was not included in "TABC the players who helped themselves" article, but nevertheless, Rylan Griffen was one of the top performers at the TABC Showcase. In arguably the most anticipated matchup between Richardson and iSchool Entrepreneurial, Griffen was the best player on the floor. Playing in front of the programs most active in his recruitment, Griffen was productive on both ends and finished with a game-high 27 points against some of the top guards in his class.
"It feels good because all the coaches that told me they were coming actually came," says Griffen on his performance in front of the coaches recruiting him. "It was good to see that they were not lying."
When talking about the coaches who were in to see him specifically, Griffen is referring to Alabama (full staff), Kansas (Bill Self and Jeremy Case), Kansas State (Bruce Weber and Shane Southwell), Memphis (Penny Hardaway and Cody Toppert), Oklahoma (Porter Moser and KT Turner), and Oklahoma State (Mike Boynton, Terrence Rencher, and David Cason).
Griffen discussed his thoughts on a few of the programs that were in to see him this weekend:
Alabama: "Bryan Hodgson offered me. He is one of the coolest coaches recruiting me. They had a great season last year. They lost in the Elite Eight and they are projected to be a top ten team this upcoming season. They are building something great over there and they want me to be a part of it."
Kansas: "I talk to Bill Self a lot. He was at all of my games this weekend. He hit me up after my first game and told me that I played well and that they still want and need me."
Kansas State: "Shane Southwell has been recruiting me. Bruce Weber is one of the nicest coaches I have ever met. The visit earlier this month went well because they were not that good last year, so the staff feels they need me. They feel they will be better this upcoming season. It was nice to go down there. They have a nice campus and a great strength and conditioning program."'
Memphis: "Cody Toppert was at my games this weekend and was impressed with how I played. It was great to see that he and Penny Hardaway came out. Coach Toppert coached Devin Booker in the league and said he saw glimpses of him in my game. He feels if I go there, he can transform me into a great player by fixing some of the things I can work on."
Oklahoma State: "I talk to Terrence Rencher. He was at Creighton and continued to recruit me when he got to Stillwater. He said it made it easier for him to try to get me because of how the school is in the Big 12. I am excited to go on my official visit this week because Mike Boynton is a good coach. They beat the national champions and had a good season last year."
The new staff at Oklahoma is also planning to prioritize Griffen after watching his three-game slate of performances this weekend.
Griffen has no plans on taking any more visits after his trip to Stillwater on Wednesday. When discussing his plans for the rest of the summer, Griffen says, "I will try to win the Adidas 3SSB Circuit with Team Trae Young before I think about planning more visits."
Griffen is unsure of when he will plan on announcing his commitment, but he wants to attend a school where he feels the most at home. He hopes to find clarity after he finishes taking all of his visits after the summer season concludes.
A four-star prospect, Griffen is ranked the No. 46 overall prospect in the industry-generated 2022 247Sports Composite Rankings.

PAIR OF FORWARDS DRAW A BIG CROWD
Two of the prospects who drew the most head coaches to their games were Rivals150 forwards Noah Clowney and Kaleb Banks. Throughout the weekend, head coaches from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Indiana and South Carolina were spotted watching each of them. Clowney gets most of his work done around the basket where he’s an elite rim protector and score over each shoulder on the block. Throughout the travel season, he’s also shown the versatility to play away from the basket. Banks, at 6-foot-8, is more of a combo forward who also possesses quite a bit of versatility.

COLLIER IMPRESSES WITH PASSING SKILL
Isaiah Collier was another prospect with a lot of college coaches in town to see him. At 6-foot-4 now, the Georgia native regularly makes passes that some point guards who play at the highest level can’t make. He’s also a capable scorer too. One of the beneficiaries of his passes this weekend was Klairus Amir, a Class of 2024 wing who recently transferred into Wheeler High School (Ga.). The 6-foot-6 wing had his perimeter stroke going all weekend, including a 24-point game where he connected on four three-pointers on Saturday night.

EWIN PROTECTS THE BASKET
When he’s playing at his best, Malique Ewin is good as almost any post prospect in the 2022 class. He’s dominant rebounder, protects the rim, and has the well-rounded offensive game that is tough for opposing big men to defend. He has incredibly strong hands, soft touch, and ridiculous body control for a young big man his size. Alabama, Georgia, Illinois and many others are involved here.

COACHES TAKING NOTE OF JOHNSON
London Johnson also had several coaches making a special trip to Georgia to see him play. The 6-foot-3 point guard in the 2023 class made a big jump in the most recent Rivals150 and is making a case to jump again at next update. Yes, he’s a great scorer when needed, but he always seems to be under control and making good decisions. He’s a terrific on-ball defender as well. Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Indiana and NC State had head coaches in town watching him play.

FLOWERS CONTINUES TO BLOSSOM
Last but certainly not the least, Trentyn Flowers continues to show why he’s already racking up scholarship offers before the start of his sophomore year. At around 6-foot-8 with really long arms, he also has a really smooth jumper and is a good athlete. Georgia offered on Friday night. Alabama, Florida, Georgia Tech, Illinois and Xavier previously offered.

With no Primo and Shack, Holt and Darius Miles become the 2 most important players IMO.
Holt can have a Shack like Impact as a Freshman IMO. He is a great 3 point shooter, plays great defense, and is 6’6

Where is all this talk of Shack not returning coming from? He's not projected to be a draft pick and he's still going to get plenty of minutes, especially if Primo goes pro.

The deadline to enter the Portal is July 1st if Shack hasn't entered it til then he is coming back.
He has til July 7th to withdrawal from the draft.

It’s been the rumor for about a month but earlier this week a poster on BOL(who has some sort of connection) said he has been told Shack isn’t coming back. He is right like 99% of the time.
But to be fair Jordan Harper said he thinks he comes back.
I hope Harper is right in this case

That's great news.
In addition to playing really quality basketball we also seem to be attracting high quality kids, too, which is awesome.
