If that's what it's looking like for him he needs to come back, work on creating for himself a bit more, and he will be a fringe lottery pick next summer.

2nd round picks have no salary restrictions or guidelines meaning the 33rd pick could get offered league minimum

tenth pick in round 1 is guaranteed around a $10m contract

if you can get higher, it's crazy money

It's official: @CadePhillips16 -- a Power 5 recruit with offers from Alabama, Auburn, etc. -- is a Jacksonville Golden Eagle.

The former Westbrook Christian standout has started summer workouts at his new school. #gtpreps

That mock is very different from any I've seen. They have Primo going before Cam Thomas, and Herb not even getting drafted. He's either a genius or an idiot. Only time will tell for sure.

#ThatWork I want to thank all the schools that have recruited me. I am honored that you had even a bit of interest in me. I’m going to keep working hard. With that being said, I have cut my list down to the Top 11 schools. God gets all the glory!!

Herb was DPOY and Petty was the programs all time 3 point leader. Let's not act likr those guys weren't talented.

They were both 1-trick ponies. They excelled at the one thing they did great. But, they had A LOT of holes. I’d rather have all-around skilled guys that can do everything.

Herb was a good, long defender. But, he can’t shoot, he can’t run an offense, average passer, and don’t even get me started on the circus act that was his layups.

Petty, when hot, was valuable from 3. Other than that, he wasn’t a great passer, he couldn’t drive, and his dribbling....oh lord

Lol. Yeah dude. Herb win DPoY only because he was a good defender. And that's the one reason he's going to be an NBA player.

Any chance you can do a scouting report on our remaining players? It's been a long week, And I could use a good laugh.

If Primo does leave after 1 year, what will everyone’s thoughts be on him? I’ll hope he does well, but I won’t have any special feelings towards him like Sexton. He did well for us, but nothing crazy really sticks out that would leave a lasting legacy.

I'll hope he lands on a good team and becomes a good player.

But I'd rather he come back and become a big star in Tuscaloosa

Honestly I'll have probably forgotten about him within a couple of years unless he blows up in the NBA. Like you said, he had some good games but no individual moments that really stood out like Sexton in the 3 v 5 game and the SECT buzzer beater. Primo is also still 95% potential and was like the 5th or 6th scoring option on a good team, whereas Sexton singlehandedly dragged an otherwise pretty shitty team to the tournament against their will.

That's all pretty on point. I'll definitely wish him well. But I won't be running out to buy a Primo jersey (not that I own any, but you get it).

I have zero insider type info, but for some reason I am gaining confidence in Primo's return.
