Where'd he say that? His Twitter has been garbage since December.

Well that's disappointing.

Hope this is not the case but may explain his drop off since early in the season. If his heart is not in it, he needs to sit.

If true, then he's auditioning for big cash. Why would he half arse it? That's reason to work harder. A freshmen slump isn't uncommon, especially since our conference schedule is very difficult. This is a great point in the season to have it. We'll need him when we hit the home stretch.

Not that he is very reliable when it comes to Bama anymore but Trilly said Philon is either NBA or Portal. The tampering must be unreal

I don't doubt it is. But knowing Trilly, he's probably saying that because that if Philon doesn't go NBA, with the cash that's been tossed around in this past recruiting class, elite transfers bag chasing could get pretty fricking crazy this off-season. Last one was nuts with guys like Great Osbor and Ballo. I don't think it's peaked yet.

58-18 vs. UGa at home. That’s good.

Rebound!

It was a VERY nice change in the right direction but I gotta admit when Nelson went 1-2 then 0-2 from the line in his first two trips I was about ready to box him up and ship him back to South Dakota.

That's kinda fricked up. That would be like sending Mark Sears to Tennessee or Nate Oats to Minnesota.

He looks like a good un. Even showed some defensive capability & hops.

I never said it would have been a smart move

The joke was that he's not from South Dakota. Wrong Dakota.

He does not rely on athleticism so he will be ok.

I would say that the only guy on the current Bama roster more athletic than him is Derion Reid.

I'm not sure I agree with Wrightsell being the second most athletic guy on the team. He's good on defense. But honestly, what criteria would we use to rank athleticism? Because if you factor in size, I'd say Cliff is definitely not athletic, maybe even Nelson. Imo, after Reid, second is probably Mo D

Pretty sure he was talking about Davion Hannah.

He is a guard, he has to rely on athleticism. Especially with the style we play. Imo it's even more important on defense than offense.

lol what? There are plenty of guards that don’t rely on athleticism. Trelly is one of them. Nothing he does is predicated on being able to move quickly or jump high.
