There’s a huge difference between being excited about someone as a player and already comparing him to multiple All NBA players or the future top 3 pick in the upcoming draft who has the 3 point stroke of a god.

There's no reason not to be excited, but you're setting him up to be a disappointment. You can tell us how good you think he'll be, but setting him up as better than a number one overall pick is a bit much.

Who compared him to durant? Wtf. These arent my comparisons... Scouts have compared him to PG . As for setting him up for disappointment thats sort of laughable. He controls his play not fans or pundits. Mcdonalds all americans who have a good work ethic have usually panned out so i feel pretty good saying he ll be "ok".

He's just giving you guys his opinion. There's a lot I can critique about Jabari Smith game that a lot of people haven't paid attention to. He's good and most likely he will be top 5!
Don't y'all underestimate nor think every 5 star is the same because Brandon Miller is what I like to call a different type of sandwich. He has guard skills literally and he's developing deep range on his shot. The biggest negative is that he is a buck 95!

Yep its an opinion, smith isnt some generational guy yall make him out to be... He doesnt create on his own or attack the rim consistently. Still a great player, best mid range game ive seen in the SEC maybe ever. That said its not a stretch to say Brandon might be better at a few things than smith. Lol yeah he needs to eat some blue moon or dream land bbq , other than that joka youre accurate .

For those who are putting so much stock in the incoming freshmen, I guess we didn't learn from what we saw this season? Better be careful putting all your hope in someone who's never played at this level.
We might see 3 come back. Gurley, Bediako and Burnett. To be honest, it wouldn't surprise me to see Bediako think about moving somewhere that actually uses a post in the offense. Unless he plans on developing a three point shot, he won't do as much as he might somewhere else.

Well lucky for us all the freshmen are top 60 players so its not just 1 of us. Bediako isnt going anywhere just needs to gain weight. Shotblocking and rim running works in this system

They played hard and seemed to competently run their offense and defend. Something we didn't see much of on our end yesterday.
They regrouped before the tournament and decided to get their asses in gear.
