Sears just seems like a much more complete offensive player this year. Seems much more shifty and his first step is so much better which is giving him a lot more room to work with in the perimeter.

Sears, Estrada and Wrightsell offensively can take us far. Need to find an answer when it comes to defending the paint and rebounding better.
