HitHere is a link to the best video I've seen of the play. You can actually freeze the hit at the precise moment contact is made. This wasn't late, wasn't targeting and shouldn't have been a penalty at all. If you watch to the end you will see how the tackler falls to the side of the qb. This could have been much worse than it actually was!!

Hit had NOTHING on the head shot Bryce took in the tennrc game last year that would have changed the outcome of the game. No flag for anything. Bryce was roughed another two times without penalty

I rewatched the hit. If you notice, Turner didn't even plant him. His left shoulder hit the ground as the play ended. Turner didn't even land 100% on top of Daniels. That was a good, legal hit. Shouldn't have even been flagged. To say it was late is going FULL retard.
To say this was dirty, and celebrate Landry's hit on JPW in 07(?), like the swamp rats on here do, is disingenuous.
JPW just isn't a fragile pussy like Daniels.
