First off, I can’t say I was around for DT, so I’ll get that out of the way. But good god I’ve never in my lifetime seen a player destroy an O-line by himself when everyone knows where he is. Which leads me to my next point: the NFL’s top 100 is how the Heisman should be done or some variation of it.

The players vote on the top 5, the awards etc. don’t ask me how. But after watching cucks like Mad dog talking about how shallow he votes, I think the change needs to be made that way. The best way to keep it from being a headache IMO would be for either the whole team to vote and submit the majority winner or the team captains of every squad send in their votes as reps for the team.

You’ll still have some dumbass biased votes, but at least they’ll have SOME legitimacy to them instead of some baseball writer that watches 2 highlights a week and then goes back to his shitty stand still sport. Idk. Just a few minor thoughts relatively unrelated to the game. Don’t have much to say about the game other than that would’ve been a 50 point blowout if Bryce played. Hope he’s back in cause Tennessee will kill us in the back end if Hooker gets the smallest amount of time.

DT was a generational talent. Will is one of the best in several years, but far short of DT. No disrespect meant to Will because he is talented and plays his heart out.

No one will have the stats DT had. The offenses have changed way too much. You can't compare denfensive players in today's game to the game from the 80s.

This isn’t really about stats to be honest. You could see Will’s impact all night long. Dallas was getting all the stats because of Will’s pressure cause there was just no stopping the dude.

I just don’t think stats tell the whole story with Will this year and everyone, even Bama fans will look at it other wise. Even after a game like TAMU.

Way more passing now than when DT played college.

Chances for more sacks.

And it’s absolutely astounding he never gets held!

The most dominant performance I've seen is probably Suh vs UT in 2009 Big 10 championship.
