The biggest problem with replacing coaches these days is you lose half your roster.

So thats why I'm riding with Deboer, win or lose.
Now, that being said, it may be time for some tough love. We do need to bring in some people who know how to develop a running game and offensive line.

In the days of the transfer portal there’s always going to be some turnover, but you don’t have to look very far to see it playing out.
Auburn has 21 already, i wouldn’t be shocked to see it reach 30.
We have better talent, everyone would be after us, which on top of what we just lost when Nick left would set us back 3-4 years minimum.

Some teams have had rapid improvements with the portal.
A great coach is going to use the portal and build a great team.
A bad coach is going to underachieve even with a great roster.
