Headline in AL.com (in the Alabama section by the way, where it doesn't belong).....Joseph Goodman: Auburn remains elite, but change is needed.............Trying to say the Barn is elite is beyond laughable. The Barn has only every been a flash in the pan team that gets in the national championship talk about every 10 years at best.....Barn has always viewed themselves as a much more relevant team than they really are. Once Texas and Oklahoma get in the SEC, it will solidify the Barn as a medium SEC team at best, except for the exception year every now and then. If ALabama didn't play the Barn at the end of the season every year to give them their "bowl" game, the turds would be an after thought 3/4 the way through most seasons.
