Little surprised they didn't use Ridder more in an option attack. But that is probably too hard to install in a few weeks.

Ridder is awful... They basically had zero passing ability. Part of that is they couldn't block our 4 with 5. Even still Georgia has a much better passing game and that makes them a lot more dangerous
I was mainly referring to Ridders athletic ability when I stated that Cincy is more dynamic than Georgia and for his ability to get yards with his legs that has mainly been our Achilles heel when it comes to opposing QB's. But I agree Georgia is more dangerous but I believe they will be easier to contain without having to worry about their QB scrambling and getting open. Bennett has nowhere near the athletic ability of a Desmond Ridder.

Georgia has a very good offense. If not for some timely stops in the red zone and the two interceptions the SECCG would have gone down to the wire. I'm not sure that they'll make the same mistakes this time and that's what concerns me. Along with the right side of our offensive line.

That and throws to the middle I expected more of.

But, he's inaccurate and if you miss on seam throws it's a pick the other way. And we were batting everything down.

In the end they clearly were trying to compress the game and somehow get to the 4th within a score - needed a turnover (the fumbled punt could have been huge). Honestly, it was probably their most probable path to victory.

Stetson Bennett is a dangerous runner. He has hurt us some in the two games that he played against Alabama.

A 10-14pt lead would be demoralizing to Bennett. At this point in the series, you would think their team psyche is tender as well. But we can’t become stagnant like we did at times on offense Saturday and during the 2nd half vs UGA in December. We need to whip that mf arse into submission all night long.

Bennett will not be the deciding factor. If he is merely serviceable...like Greg McElroy on a good day...Georgia will win if we don't block their D and have an outstanding day on offense.

A serviceable Bennett combined with an Iron Bowl-type of performance by our OL will make for a very long game for Alabama.

Absolutely agree. I just hope that the right side of the offensive line is good to go health wise. And others need to step up at wide receiver. Billingsley and Latu need to up their games, too.

Which begs the question. Can Bama's offense replicate the performance from the SEC Championship game ?

Of course it can happen. The question is actually will it happen. As important, will the defense keep UGA out of the endzone as well as last game.

Yep. It's going to be a tall task.

The fascinating element of this game will be the adjustments that teams make from game 1.

I fully expect Georgia to pressure Bryce all night. They sat back and only rushed four, until the second half, in the SECCG. The right side of the line is a huge concern for me. Right tackl in particular. I think that JC Latham is more than capable of playing well if Ekiyor can't go.
