I’d like to see Womack at LG. Sounds like Brown is gonna get a chance. I don’t love that we’re experimenting on the OL this late in the season. Our run blocking has been less than stellar. Pretty disappointing for such a veteran unit.

Is 71 at center the best option we have?

He has struggled the games I’ve watched him

Many blown assignments up front. Not sure if it is all on him w blocking assignments or what. Just seems to struggle.

It's probably been posted somewhere, but just wanted to follow up:

Sounds like to me that Lester Cotton has been beaten out by Deonte Brown, and Brown will get the start Saturday.

At least that's what it sounds like.

Cotton still seems hobbled.

That could be the case, but the guys I follow are making it sound more like Brown has simply won the job, and its not injury related.

I think cotton is still injured... and brown helps a lot with the run game better than cotton.

I like Womack at Guard. Seems like he would be a better fit there than tackle
