Deboer needs to nut up and make the changes he needs to make if he’s gonna succeed here. Just my two cents, but we need to go hard after Pruitt as lb coach to bring some fire back to this staff…and bring in a new OC, Grubb ain’t it. Also, we’ve had absolutely no development of players on the oline. Something needs to change there for sure.
If he doesn’t make major changes asap, I suspect he’s gone after next year.

It may be his delivery that upsets people. At times he's condescending as if he is the only one who has played ball before. That being said as long as someone argues without name calling and condescension they can argue all.day long. Think he is a big Bama fan just like the rest of us and is passionate.

There were a couple trolls here yesterday after the game but he ain't one of em.

Then they get comfortable and won't leave for Bama like Lanning, Cig, etc.

Deboer needs to go as soon as financially possible. We won't get better till then. He is not suddenly going to grow nuts and teach players to be tough. At his age, you know how or you don't, and Deboer doesn't have it. He is the anti-Saban.

The people who are holding up Kirby as some example of old-school smash mouth football, are you aware that Georgia threw for 535 more yards than they ran for this season? And yes I’m aware that they had more rushing plays but it was not that out of whack, 1.35 runs for every pass.

Indiana has also thrown for more yards than they’ve run for, 374, although they have more running plays than pass plays although the ratio is still not huge, 1.55 to 1.

The difference between them and us … and hell, maybe it is “toughness,” although I think there actually is a list of reasons … is they at least CAN run the ball.

No former Saban guys, aside from Kiffin, would be the one to follow him. Next hire, maybe
