Never mind that vs UT the UA offense had more total yards, more passing yards, and more first downs than the Tennessee offense so many of you are enamored with.

It should be pretty clear the metrics will tell you to just take a touchback every time.
Between penalties, or just simply a poor return, we oft start behind the 20 yard line. Not to mention injuries, too. Waddle in '20 comes to mind

Tennessee was kicking to the five just to bait us into a return and it worked. They did the same with Kentucky.

This. If we get a penalty on our first kickoff return, particularly if it is the opening kickoff, I'll probably just turn the game off.
